Eligibility
Students with minimum GPA 2.5 in both SSC & HSC are eligible for undergraduate programs. A total point of 7.5 is required for Graduate programs and 2 years experiance is required for executive programs.

Registration Procedures

• Registration form will be given from the Accounts Office on payment of required course fees.
• Registration form duly filled in must be submitted at the office with the payment receipt as a proof that 100% of the registered course fee incurred by registration has already been paid to the university.
• No registration form will be received without payment receipt.
• No registration will be completed until previous dues are cleared.
• Registration must be completed within the specified date.
• In extreme cases late registration may be allowed up to 7 days from the last date of registration with a late fee of Tk.300/- only.
• To add course(s) to registration a student must submit a subsidiary registration within 7 days of the start of class(s).
• Students will be allowed to withdraw any of their registered course(s) without fee within 7 days of commencement of trimester/semester.
• Students may be allowed to withdraw regular/retake course(s) for valid reasons with withdrawal fee of Tk.500/- per credit hours with maximum of Tk. 1,000/- per course by the day before beginning of the midterm examination. After the midterm examination, no student will be allowed to withdraw any of the registered courses even if the student does not appear in the examination. Courses once registered for incomplete/improvement cannot be withdrawn.
• To take a double major in a program a student has to complete the first major and apply to the Registrar for the second major.
• Students will not be allowed to change their sections as decided by the authority. Exception may be made only in case of spouses and siblings.

Waiver Policy
Students with GPA in both SSC and HSC will receive a 100% waiver on tution fees. 6% waiver for tribal and freedom fighter quota. Students can also apply for financial aid on the basis of meritand financial problems. There are also scope for different awards like:

• Chancellor's Award
• Vice Chancellor's Award
• Dean's Award
• Scholarship for poor students
• Sports and Cultural achievement Award
